About Me:: I'm a mystery/noir writer. I'm also a recovering classicist. This means I can throw great murder-mystery toga parties.

My debut novel, Nox Dormienda (A Long Night for Sleeping), is the first of a genre that I punningly call Roman Noir. This is ancient history and sharp hardboiled, combined, shaken, poured over ice and crowned with a kalamata olive.
