Profile

About Me:
I’ve co-authored eleven inspirational fiction books with my husband, Jim, who is Sr. VP at Tyndale House. Publishers (See titles below.) Our first two series were historical fiction, which I especially love to research and write, and after three contemporary fiction books set in the Lincoln Park area of Chicago, I’m now working on a new contemporary series for David C.Cook called The Project Restoration Series. I have another work in progress—historical, set mainly in Italy in the 1930's and 40’s, which is exciting for me because it incorporates many elements from my 100% Italian heritage and my travels there. I live in Wheaton, Illinois, with my husband Jim, son, Elliot (10), miniature schnauzer, Rufus, and Siberian cat, Petey (the only feline I know who’s had a book dedicated to him.J) I am a perennial room mom for Elliot’s class at Wheaton Christian Grammar School and enjoy all his sports and music events. My church involvements include singing and stage set/decorating in worship ministries and Bible study, and I love photography, knitting, quilting and my fabulous book club, now in it’s 11th year. We read widely—all non-Christian books intentionally, with a special interest in those about women in other cultures of the world.
