Those of you that know me, know that I love all kinds of time periods, and while I struggle writing contemporary, I guess I did okay with this one. THANK YOU for letting me share!

Other than chocholate?
I like the way we can interact with each other on this site. Yahoo is still a good resource, but I like seeing people's faces, profiles, etc... I like too that unlike bebo or myspace, we all share a common love.
Very excellent idea, Anne. Thank you so much for creating this site an including me in it :)
Oh...my real name, for those of you that do not know, is Christina, I carry the nickname of CC which stands for crazy chick (I think). At one time I

Congratulations on your publishing successes, and I wish you many more. My genre is Regency Romance with an inspirational twist, though I also dabble in contemporary romance. I just got a two-book contract with Harvest House publishers for regencies, including my self-published first book, Before the Season Ends. Harvest House will re-publish it, and then its sequel, (The House on Grosvenor Square,) which is very exciting. It's good news for all self-pubbed authors, actually, for it shows that the switch to a big traditional publisher is possible.
Thanks for the invite, and all the best!

It's free to download and read -- this one is not historical, but I hope it's a good read!
I am so sorry if my message confused you yesterday - they don't appear to be coming through properly.
I invited you over to Unusual Historical Blog to read an interview they have posted there for this week. Anyone leaving a comment gets put into a draw for a copy of my novel, Duking Days Rebellion.
It’s at: http://unusualhistoricals.blogspot.com/
Many thanks for your persistence and serves me right for using a shortcut!

Thanks for inviting me to be friends.
I agree with your comment on the difference of this type of forum to interact with one another... The others are good, not to be dismissed... but I really like the 'personal' feel of this base.
Have a good one!
