I live in the UK on the edge of an ancient forest, and use the surrounding coutryside in my writing. I have published poetry, articles on folklore and fairground history and short stories. I am working on my first historical novel, 'Face The Champion', which follows the adventures of Thomas Tarling, a cockney Londoner whose brush with the law in the year 1826 forced him to seek employment with a ramshackle travelling fair.
Regency Buck, Pride & Prejudice, The Scarlet Pimpernel, The Good Companions, The Darling Buds of May, Fingersmith, The Bull From the Sea, Gallows Thief, A Respectable Trade, Under the Eagle.

Hi Jennifer,
My family and I are hoping to visit Ireland, England and Wales in the summer of '09. It will be a dream come true for me.
