Hi Jody,

You can often enter your own books or sometimes they have to be nominated independently. They are usually open to a public vote and of course, if the author can canvas votes from his/her contacts they all help. By all means have a go yourself. It all helps to raise awareness of your work.

By the way, please take a look at my latest blog post.

Best regards

Brian

Hi Jody,

Thanks for trying, but it appears they closed the poll yesterday. Usually it runs over into the first week of the new month but not this time. Sorry for inconveniencing you.

Best regards

Hello JR. Thank you for making me your friend in Historical Books. I've just had a look at your page and and it's quite impressive.

Me? I'm as yet unpublished, but I'm working on it - hard! I've only just started to think of myself as a historical novelist, as most of my stories take place in the quite recent past. Dissidents are my main interest at the moment. I'm furiously looking into markets, which is why I've joined Historical Fiction Books. I've been really impressed by the warm welcome I've received here.

What is your name, please, JR?

Rosemary
