Hi all! I usually lurk, somethig I plan on chaging, but before that, I need a little help with my current WIP.
I'm looking for a little historical detail on the Turkish blockade of St. Petersburg during the Crimea War, specifically Jauary-March 1855, just before the end of the war. Anyone know any sites or books (books I can get*G*)?

Well, I doubt there ever was a Turkish blockade of St Petersburg. However, there might be a British one. The Brits were quite active in the Baltic during the Crimean War, a part of that war that hasn't been written about too much. Right now only one novel comes to mind that deals with the Baltic part of that war and that's this one:
